How do you ensure the freshness of your coffee beans?

At Kaffa, we roast our beans in small batches and ship them within 48 hours of roasting. Each bag features a one-way degassing valve and a resealable zipper to maintain peak flavor and aroma.

Where does Kaffa source its coffee from?

We ethically source our beans from sustainable farms in Ethiopia, Colombia, and Brazil. We prioritize Direct Trade relationships to ensure farmers receive fair compensation above market rates.

What are your shipping rates and delivery times?

We offer flat-rate shipping of $5.00 on all orders, with free shipping on orders over $50. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.

Can I return my order if I am not satisfied?

Since coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unhappy with the quality, please contact our support team within 14 days for a replacement or refund.

Do you offer coffee subscriptions?

Yes! You can subscribe to your favorite blends and save 15% on every order. You can choose your delivery frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) and pause or cancel anytime through your account settings.
