At Kaffa, we strive to ensure every brew meets your expectations; however, due to the perishable nature of our coffee products, we can only accept returns on damaged or incorrect items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all non-perishable equipment remains in its original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

For damaged coffee bags or faulty equipment, please attach clear photos of the product and packaging.
Ship the Item
Once approved, use our prepaid shipping label to send the item back to our roasting facility.
